I’m Oleksandr Nikolaiev, an independent mobile developer based in Ukraine. I’ve been building mobile apps since 2015, with experience spanning independent projects, Android technical leadership, and four years as a Mobile Application Engineer at Oracle, developing large-scale mobile applications. Today, I bring that experience to my own products at olnikola studio.

THE JOURNEY

From mobile engineering to my own studio.

My path in mobile development started with independent Android projects, followed by product engineering roles and technical leadership. At Oracle, I spent four years developing large-scale mobile applications and contributing to work across Flutter and React Native. That experience now informs how I design and build my own products.

Today, I build with Flutter and native iOS capabilities, taking products from the initial idea through development, release, and ongoing improvements. I care about clear interfaces, responsive interactions, and the small details that make an app comfortable to use. Feedback from the people using my apps helps me decide what to improve next.
